This is regarding my husband's progress level (1488) on a droid phone. He never had a facebook account. We were told his progress would transfer over to new phone but he is on level one. Is there anyway to restore his progress

Hi mill2131,I can assist in getting the game progress back in Candy Crush Soda Saga.Please notice that we require direct contact from a player in order to verify ownership of the game account. This can be arranged by letting the person with the issue log into King Care and post a request to have the levels restored.
