Daily Bonus and Consecutive Win Bonus

Hello,

My Candy Crush Soda game has never given me the daily bonus. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing it. Originally I downloaded the game in Japan, which I thought may have been a slightly different version. However, recently I downloaded the US version and still have the same issues. I get zero bonuses.... 

I see people playing the game get login bonuses everyday, but I get nothing when logging on. Also, I know there is a streak bonus for beating levels consecutively without losing. I also don't get this bonus. 

Any help would be very much appreciated.
