Boosters

I thought I lost my progress so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone, then realized all of my boosters such as color bombs and lollipops were all gone. I have screenshots so I know how many boosters I had. I know King doesn't reimburse but I wonder if the rule has changed.  Thanks.

Hi MissDaisy- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am sorry that you have lost your Boosters, I can understand your disappointment. Boosters are currently non-transferable between platforms and devices.As they are items saved directly to your device's memory they can only be used on that specific device. This means that if your game crashes or you reinstall the game these items can be lost. 

I would like to check your account so  I have sent you a private message, please click on the envelope icon in the top right hand corner of your screen.

As soon as you get back to me we can get this sorted :-)
