4th time I've asked to have my actual level restored but game still opens at level 1.

Clearly this reset to level 1 is an issue for many of your players. Going in to week 2. I have a few unanswered questions and one email telling me it was fixed. NOT!
Advise if you are unable to permanently resolve this issue so I can dump your game and move on.
