Lost 2 hour of play with purchase.

Hi, I just purchased the Summer Sale Special for $11.99. I was supposed to get 2 hours of unlimited play, but its not working. I had to purchase a 5 pack of lives in order to play, thinking that the 2 hours of unlimited play would kick in, but it didn't. Can you please credit my account with the 2 hours of play? This happened once before, I lost 30 minutes of play with a purchase. I also can't  send this message to customer support.  When I click "send" it won't go through.
