Missing candies for some time know. If you know of the PROBLEM why not Post something. I sure hope your not updating it like Candy Crush and talking all the fun out of it. Some of us like to pretend our game-play has a bearing on our game and not just push the button 50 times and we'll let you move on.

Not always all challenges will be available for all our players in all our games.

This can occur since most challenges, new elements or extras are made available to only a small part of the players, randomly chosen, for testing purposes and to better analise the impact.

The opposite can also happen and some challenges or features might get deactivated after some time.

I understand this might not be appreciated by all our players, but I guarantee this is the best way for us to improve our games, challenges and gaming elements in the future.

I now realise I might have misunderstood your initial question here on King Care; please accept my apologies for that.

There are a few steps we can try which generally resolve all technical issues.

With this in mind I recommend that you first of all try playing in another browser (E.g if you are using Internet Explorer for example, then try with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera).

You can download them from the following links, always ensure you have the latest version:

Now please visit the following link https://www.whatismybrowser.com for help in clarifying whether your browser is indeed all up to date.

If the browser is not up to date then simply click on the Update button to install the latest version.

You can also double-check on this page https://html5test.com if your browser will able to play the game. Your browser should score at least 450 points, if it doesn’t then please look at the list above and download a different browser. Google Chrome is usually the most up to date and well maintained.

I'd also recommend closing all extra tabs and other programs whilst you play as these can often negatively impact the game performance.

Have you also tried to play Candy Crush Soda Saga on your mobile and did you get the Candies on the Tiles there?

If you remain having this problem in Candy Crush Soda Saga on PC, then I´d like to ask you which browser you use and the browser version too.
