I have spent eighteen gold to purchase ten lives but did not receive them.

Why did I not receive my lives? The first time I got an error message saying that there was a sync issue and I would receive the lives shortly but I never got them. The second time I was trying to access the shop and had full lives but still got charged nine gold for new lives!
