I made two purchases

I sent a email earlier regarding this and have not heard back. I made two purchases of  $7.48 I never received the gold bars nor any special candies. I am very frustrated. This was at 10 o'clock this morning and it is now almost 6pm. The money was also taken from my account. I play this game consistently everyday and tend to spend money everyday.
