Missing of Golden bars again!

Do check your system thoroughly! I do not understand why I had 12 gold bars but I was left with 2 gold bars again! I earned my 9 gold bars while playing the Bubble Gum contest this week. This is the second time it happened again! Last week, I was also facing the same problem! I was very unhappy and disappointed with this kind of service! I also realised this is also a cheating game! Previously, when I was left with 13 gold bars, it prompted me to use 10 gold bars to have extra 5 moves, but when I was left with 3 gold bars, however it prompted me to use 7 gold bars instead! Do explain to the players why was there a difference on using the gold bars to have extra moves on this game? It was very puzzling to all the players!
