No longer earning boosters after crash and restart to level one

A few months ago my Candy Crush Soda crashed and I had to reinstall. In the process, I lost a couple year's worth of boosters and all my levels. No problem ... decided to start all over and win 3 stars before advancing to the next level. Currently on level 248 and have never had a single booster or challenge offered to me. Any idea why not?
