still havent got my daily bonus

its been over a year since i last sent the issue in the play store comment section and you told me it takes time to reach all users why is it taking soo long i haven't received the daily bonus on my mobile device or pc please fix that and thank you in advance

Please note that Boosters and lives do not synchronise between platforms and devices in our games. 

Also not always all challenges and features will be available for all our players in all our games.

This can occur since most challenges, new elements or extras are made available to only a small part of the players, randomly chosen, for testing purposes and to better analyse the impact.

The opposite can also happen and some challenges or features might get deactivated after some time.

Sometimes challenges are more likely to appear in the mobile version of our games.
