I bought some goodies on King crush soda saga today at 10.28 am bst for £14.99. While it was loading it said error and that no money was taken from my account. So I bought a different goodies for £6.99 which loaded perfectly. I then received another email saying that they've taken £14.99 out of my account. Why? I didn't get any of the goodies! So how do I get my money back. I sent an email within the 2 hour refund time limit. Please help!
