level 1675 freezes

Yet again , I get within 5 moves of completing level 1675 on candy crush soda and I request to add lives the game freezes and all I have used and done is gone.  Nothing works on the game at that point and all I can do is reboot.  I have done everything you have told me to do in the past when I had an tech glitches and it only does it on this level.  It has done it repeatedly now and I lose my free time.  FRUSTRATED - now it did it for the fourth time.  Done.  Not playing until you fix it.
