My 2 boosters can be used at all!

Do check your system! I had been trying to use the Pink booster and Purple stripes boosters for the past two days to complete my game but it seems that it did work at all!I used the Switch hand booster when I was playing the Bubblegum game, it was alright. However, when I was in the Level 4 of the Bubblegum game again, it did not worked for the other two boosters! I ended up losing the game! I was very unhappy and disappointed with this kind of game! It wasted my time and effort in completing halfway through the Level 4 of the Bubblegum game but I cannot used the two boosters at all!
