I use an iPad. Why are there only 12 moves for level 2685 for iPad?

How many moves level 2685 has for iPad? I have seen where there are 23 moves but for the iPad only 12.

It's not just iPad.  King has once again screwed over everyone who didn't play this level in the first week it was out.  They have cut the number of moves in half for everyone, making it impossible to pass the level, even with boosters.
