I've twice successfully completed Bubblegum Hill on Soda and not had rewards

I've completed Bubblegum Hill on Soda twice recently, around the time the challenge has finished the time available and haven't had the time,boosterand coin rewards. I've tried to contact customer services but keep getting an email referring me to this Forum. I doubt Forum members can reinstate the missing rewards directly, but has anyone had any luck actually getting a direct response from customer care?
