I have twice gotten to level 35 and it has kicked me out to the beginning. !! Can you check ? Why !!

I have been playing this game for at least a year and twice I have reached level 35 and when I do it kicks me out to the very beginning ! First time I just went and stared over now the second time is VERY Frustating !!!! Please check this if you can on my level progress !
