Why cant I claim my reward on candy crush soda?

It shows where I can claim my rewards for completing avtadk but when I go to click on it, it gets stuck andvi cant claim my reward or scroll within that menu? Please fix

Hi @andreahunt, what reward are you referring to?  Daily reward?  Gift box rewards?

Hi @andreahunt, the daily reward you should be seeing every day.  The gift box rewards are not working and the studio is aware of it.  I just don't know where it stands on their priority list.  I am going to ask you to please do some troubleshooting to see if you get the daily rewards back again.  Please make sure that you clear out the history and then try one of these links below.
