No reply from King Care.

I contacted King Care about not receiving all my daily gift nor the boosters that I had earned from completing various challenges. I'd firstly like to know why I have not been rewarded with the boosts I have spent time earning and why King Care can't be bothered to reply?

Why I can't edit my profile?
I returned playing the game after some while, but I've noticed that I can't edit my profile. Not sure why it shows United Kingdom either. I was in Israel when I've installed the game, now I'm in India. It looks like this:

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
