Game not progressing to next level caught in loop

King care/candy crush has ignored my inquiries. Levels passed numerous times but wont proceed to next level. After passing 5 or 6 times finally goes to next level (1291) but doesnt give 2 hr free play etc. I work 1291 for a day or two and next time it goes BACK to 1290! Same happened with 1286/1287. Definite problem with this game. Have made sure updated and rebooted without success. On ipad. Does anyone ever get a response from "Mark"? Ready to delete this game.

Hi my 4 in a row challenge on candy crush soda saga is missing, this has been a week and a half, I've reinstalled it and cleared my cache
My Candy Crush Soda game is frozen. I have rebooted my device but the game is still frozen.

i have lost the Facebook account that I used to login to Candy Crush Soda Saga. But the gaming account is logged in my phone now can I recover it if I want.
