Lost all progress after phone died-No FB or King sync.

I was not logged in via Facebook or King when my phone died and had to get a new one. I was at level 600+, is there anyway to retrieve my progress? I can provide phone number, and other phone specific information but can not access the app. Please advise. Thank you
