I purchased an add-on for one of my games on 9/22/2017 and it kept saying "could not be processed"

However, my wife looked at our bank statement and I was charged $14.99 THREE TIMES!!!!  How do I get two of these charges refunded to my bank account.  I DO NOT WANT A CREDIT, I WANT MY MONEY BACK.  As the CAPS denote, I am irate about this.
