Said I was offline and I wasn’t

This morning I won the bubblegum hill challenge and it wouldn’t give me my prizes because it said I was offline. I was online the whole time. So I tried logging on and off of Facebook, turning my WiFi on and off and every time I went to claim my prize it said I was offline so I never received anything
