Progress not saved on mobile

Hi, after yesterday's update I was playing newest Soda levels on my mobile and completed level 1840. I did save the progress on my King account and then I had to re-install app. When I got back and logged in using my King account my progress did not save and it shows I'm still on level 1826. How can this get fixed please. I plan to permanently quit Facebook soon, so I stopped connecting to Facebook for some weeks now and up till yesterday it always worked for me, I mean saving my progress using King account and not Facebook. I started using two different e-mails if that's important - one for Facebook account that I will delete and one for King.com that I wish to keep not to lose my progress in Candy, Soda and Jelly. Can you help me please. I really don't want to fight with level 1834 again. :-) Thanks.
