Microsoft order 6428129666 for 15x Gold Bars Package

After I paid for the above order I received a message that there were technical difficulties processing my order and I will receive my gold bars later. I have yet to receive the bars when will I receive them? If they are not received in a timely basis I will challenge the charge with PayPal.
