My boosters have disappeared

I have recently lost all of my boosters. I don't know how this happened and its not the first time as well. I've emailed you guys before but I never receive  anything back. I would really like to get my boosters back because I've been saving them for a long time. I had around 400 in total and I don't understand why this has happened to me for the second time already. I would really appreciate it if you guys could help me gain them back. Thank you !
