Piggy Bank Ripoff

I have contacted support about this, but no one ever answers. I think it stinks that you have to pay for the gold bars that you have earned. My piggy bank has been full for awhile. I clicked on it to see if there was a way to collect the bars without paying, and I got an "Oops, something went wrong" message, and he balance of my piggy bank went to zero. Thanks for nothing!
