Why does everything always disappear?

For some reason my gold bars keep disappearing when I know I haven't used them. I am the only one who plays the game on my phone and for some reason I went from having 17 bars to 0. I never do the whole 7 bars for extra moves or anything. Also I made my way to one of the present stages and I never got my reward. I have it screenshotted, you can see the present never opened but I was on the next level. I try to save my bars up and it's just really annoying they randomly disappear.
