Level 1951 is impossible because when bottles are collected they don’t count

I was feeling the same frustration but I figured it out and just beat level with no boosters. You have to activate conch guy then use fish to remove licorice then one blue ball will be fake , one will be a bottle. Keep using conch guy to gather light blue candies because that will create a bottle underneath licorice. Keep repeating pattern of activating conch guy and fish and you’ll beat it. Don’t forget to breathe and take your time.
