Login level not up to date

I’m on level 1619, but every time I log in it puts me at a lower level like 1560 or something similar and I have to scroll over to get to most recent level.  This has been happening for the last two months and I’ve tried restarting, updating, un-installing, emailing for help but no success.  Do you know why this is? Also bc of this I’m not able to get the “presents” that some levels have bc it thinks I haven’t passed that level yet but I have. Please help.  Thanks
