Candy Crush Soda

The "piggy bank" on Candy Crush Soda was full, so I spent the $5.99 to purchase the 100 gold bars.  After the purchase, I still only had 97 gold bars in my inventory and they have yet to be delivered.  Help!  I just spent $5.99 and got nothing.  I appreciate your help.  Thank you!
