Disappearing boosters

All of my boosters disappeared!  I read the FAQ's and all seem to be in tandem with a device change or an update install.  I have had neither.  This, in addition with the recent question I submitted about the $5.99 I just spent on the gold bars that I never received from the piggy bank purchase, is extremely frustrating.  What is going on?  I appreciate your help.  Thank you!
