At 1228 haven't been able to collect gift boxes since 1007. Game always takes back to 1007

Am At level 1228 game keeps taking mw back to 1007 where it says pass that level to collect gift boosters.have obviously passed 1007 and have not been able to collect any gift boxes. Ta
