Level 563 is impossible for me.

I have been on level 563 for about a month. Using up all my boosters has not worked. It looks like I cannot complete this level unless I spend real money on more boosters or extra moves, which I cannot do. What is the point of the game if one has to buy their way through it? There doesn't seem to be any way of earning and building up more boosters. This is becoming un-fun. I play only on my PC. I have no mobile.
