I'm assuming since I have never purchased anything - I am now one of the "unlucky ones" that has lost all event bonuses, bubblegum hill, memory puzzles, & any kind of rewards!  And not to mention i'm apparently not even worthy of a reply from King!

Ok, I am so sorry. Its not because you don't pay to play that you have lost things..I have a link that explains why things appear then vanish.

Bubblegum hill is under investigation because its not been working properly for months, but instead of removing it (which would be a better idea) they keep trying to fix it while running. So unfortunately I don't know when. But you're not being punished for not buying anything
