Help! I unable to collect the gift box for the levels pass after 1330. And it keep staying at level 1330 whenever I log in to candy crush soda. I am up to level 1340. I uninstalled and re-installed the apps, but it does not help! Please help, thank you.

If your avatar is stuck on a level that's behind your real progress, try replaying that level. You should be able to catch up then and your future rewards are collected properly.
