Lost all my boosters, gold bars and 6 hours of infinite lives.

So I was playing candy crush soda on my phone and it shut down by it self it did this before so I thought it was no biggie. But when i tried to open it again i ended up on level 1 without boosters and i had quite a few. I restarted my phone and got back to the level i was on but still no boosters or gold bars. After few hours i was playing again i had 2 hours of each booster and 6hours infinite lives, i locked my phone for about 5 mins and when i opened it again to continue playing everything was gone .

I am so sorry you have had an issue.

Unfortunately in your case it sounds like the device or the game had a sudden problem and stopped. And because of that its not showing that you won anything. When mine crashes on me in certain games, I usually find the last few minutes actions have been reversed as it hasn't saved but didn't crash instantly. 

While you have no boosters, try this troubleshooting here then if there is an issue, hopefully it will solve it
