Account charged twice for one purchase.

I bought 15 gold bars ($1.99) yesterday and was charged twice. When I ordered the first time, a message popped up saying the order couldn’t be processed and no money left my account. So I ordered again, this time successfully completing my purchase, the 15 gold bars added to my account. However, I received two charges to my card, forcing me to pay twice for only 15 gold bars. 

Please help. Thank you.
