Refunds for your errors?

I have made several purchases for $5.99 and have been mischarged $11.98 each time. Refund?!?!?

At times Apple merges several purchases in one transaction.

First make sure no purchases have been merged if you have done several purchases during the same week. 

Then contact Apple/ iTunes Store directly since they handle all transactions and refunds made through iTunes or App Store.
