You know, when you suggest to download again due to technical problem, we are losing all the gifts we have. Maybe a compensation or something?

Hi Meirav, I have a link that explains how boosters work. 

As frustrating as it is and I know it is having lost many boosters that way, King are unable to compensate every player who has to reinstall as it could very well be the players device rather than the game itself.

If the boosters were paid for with real money though, they can be reinstated
