Lost 500l evels and all my boosters

I switched my game to another device and lost 500 levels and all of my boosters, also lost challanges to complete for extra boosters. If this isn't fixed I'll delete my account. I followed the recommended steps and it didn't work.

Have you checked that you are connected to your previous log in?

I am signed in with my previous log-in. I read king cares article before switching my device I'm in the 1200's now from 1640's. How do I get my levels back?Hi Amanda,
