i cannot use goldbars

after the last bubblegum hill i cannot use goldbars anymore, when i try it says there is no internet connection. i tried to check my email account and log in again when i digit my password it says unknown error. i don't see the other players nor my avatar as before. i am at level 1657 please don't tell me i have to start from level 1 again and loose 454 goldbars.thx.
