Can I get boosters and helpers restored?

It went back to a bunch of levels from where I was at. It kept saying it couldn't connect for 3 days. I went online to see if it would help but no. I still couldn't get to the level I was at on my phone. After may other attempts to resolve the issue I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It them was working correctly but I lost all of my boosters and helpers. I had a lot of them. Lost all of them. Can I get them back somehow?

Unless they were boosters you paid real money for as they can be reimbursed
