Lost 10 gold bars when pressed 5 extra moves by mistake

I was playing on the mobile and had a call when I went back to the game the 5 extra moves activated so I closed the game as I didn't want to do this. When I reopened the game I had lost the 10 gold bars and hadn't even received the 5 extra moves. Can I get my gold bars back?

Hi Anidey,

I find I usually get calls/texts at the same time I am trying to do something on my phone. The children said its the only time I ever answer as normally its on silent lol. So I know how easy it is to do that, especially as closing the game ended it, losing the extra moves. 

I am going to pass this to a moderator to see if they can do something for you.
