Cant move on

Hi, I have successfully completed level 1727 twice now (the last obtaining 3 stars) but each time I leave the game and go back this level is marked as incomplete so I have to play again from this level. I am actually on 1729. Please look into this for me as it is putting me off playing!Thank you

I can see why this is frustrating. Can you do me a favour and firstly run the troubleshooting tips given here please.
