Rewards not received by passing levels

l have read many posts that there was a fix approx a year ago. This is still happening! I’ve passed many levels yet the reward box is still visible but no actual reward given. Pls advise when they will be active and reimbursed. I have screenshots but nowhere to post them for verification?
