Why am I not receiving my bonus for completing certain levels?

I receive the notification window that I have received an award for passing a certain level. For example unlimited lives for 2 hours and double fish for 30 minutes. But I receive nothing. No double fish and only 2 lives remaining. This seems to be happening ever since the last update which also contained the warp speed ball dropping and bouncing. King please fix this!!!

    Hi Sotxtigger, 

    I am pretty sure this is a known issue, but I am going to check and will get back to you as soon as I hear back. Hopefully tommorrow. In the meantime as always, could you try the troubleshooting please :)

    Oh No :( I will add it to the moderators thread to look at, I think perhaps it needs escalating. Leave it with me, I will get back to you when I hear anything :)

    Is it the main game or special event/quests games?
