Candy Crush Soda opens on wrong level on app but correct level on desktop. How to fix this?

Hi, I have been having issues starting my candy crush soda app at the right level everytime I open the app for the past few months. It is still stuck at Level 974 (asking me to unlock the episodes), while I should rightfully be at Level 1158 now. I will need to scroll through the stages to get to my current stage whenever I restart the app.

I tried uninstalling, reinstalling the app, replaying that episode, clearing cache, but doesn't work.

I have also tried synchronising my king.com account to facebook, it works on the desktop version but not on the app version on android.

Can you please help?

Hi SoTona, thank you for trying all the troubleshooting. 

In this case it is a game issue but the studio are aware of it. Unfortunately I cannot give you a time scale for a fix at this time. At least you know its not just you though
