Missing 900 + lives

Since reporting my Candy Crush Saga issue this is what is happening
1: 900 + lives have not been returned to my game I am now at level 3235
2: Each time I open the game I receive a free daily Treat bonus even if I open the game numerous time a day
3: Lives received from friends disappear once I close the game. Example ..There were 13 upon opening and I took none then once I closed and reopen the game there was zero lives. Lives disappear each time the game is close.
I am a senior 74 years. I play on Facebook and use Chrome on a laptop. My computer is in good order and do not have this issue with other games. I do not know how to take a screenprints. This is a Facebook Candy Crush Saga issue. Please give me back my game
