Purchased pack but did not receive boosters
This is the 2nd time this week that I have purchased something from the store and had a problem. I was able to purchase a UFO, but not extra couple bars to pass the level and therefore wasted it. Then I purchased the 699 pack and got the gold bars but not the boosters I’m very upset the only resolution I can find is to post our community question and not actually get an email response. If this is the way the most popular game is going to handle it’s problems..I think it’s fradulent and I’ve been ripped off.

The blog post about this is actually pinned to the main home page but nobody seems to read them there. You need to follow this link in which there is an email contact as you need specialised help that we cannot give on the forum for obvious reasons. They will be able to help you properly but there is nothing fraudulent about it.

Remember though you can always dispute purchases from the emails from your payment services
